Use the Arrow Keys to move. Press X to talk to people. Once you have your camera, press Z to take pictures. Your goal is to take pictures of the moon and the village to show your Elder Bat! 

You want to get a perfect picture of the moon, but you'll have to do some favors first. Talk to people, take pictures of things they ask for, then show them. If there are areas you can't get to, try climbing or clearing the trash. Try to gather all five moon cakes as you run around the neighborhood!
